About STOIC WOLF OverWatch
Colorado is at a crossroads. The reintroduction of wolves has reignited a long-standing debate between conservationists, wildlife advocates, ranchers, and rural communities. For many, the tension feels unresolvable. We believe it doesn't have to be.
A Real Solution to a Real Controversy
We founded this operation with one driving purpose: to bridge the gap between wolf conservation and the livelihoods of ranchers and landowners who share that space. Rather than taking sides, we're taking action. By combining behavioral research, aerial technology, and on-the-ground expertise, we are developing practical, humane deterrence strategies that protect livestock and homes while honoring the wolf's rightful place in Colorado's ecosystem.
This is not about choosing ranchers over wolves, or wolves over ranchers. It's about building a framework where both can exist, and proving that coexistence is more than just an idea; it's an achievable reality.
How We Work
We study wolf behaviors, movement patterns, and pack dynamics across Colorado's terrain to understand how and why wolves interact with human-occupied land. Armed with that knowledge, we work directly with ranchers and landowners to craft customized deterrence plans designed to redirect the wolves away from livestock and homes with no harm, and without compromising their wild nature. Our drone technology plays a critical role. Through aerial surveillance and monitoring, we are able to track wolf activity across vast stretches of land, identify risk areas, and provide ranchers with timely, actionable information. Our aerial photography and videography services further support documentation, land assessment, and transparent reporting for all parties involved.
Who We Serve
We serve Colorado ranchers, landowners, and the broader public who are living the realities of wolf reintroduction every day. We also serve the larger conversation, because the decisions made in Colorado today will shape wildlife policy and rural communities for generations to come.
Our Commitment
The controversy surrounding wolf reintroduction will not be resolved by politics alone. It will be resolved by people willing to do the hard, unglamorous work of finding common ground. That's what we're here to do. We invite you to be part of the solution.
